Create Password: Create a secure password for your account, including at least one number, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter, then confirm password. Check Box: If applicable, check the box to indicate that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Click Create Account: Click the "Create Account" button to complete the registration process.

From the online portal, click Account Settings then Personal Details. As shown in the image below, you cannot change the account name or email address. If you need to change your name, we require proof of identity if you haven't already uploaded it to the online portal. To change your email address, send an email to [email protected] using your current email and include the new email you want to use.

To close your account, send an email to [email protected]. Make sure you have withdrawn all your commission balance before sending us the email. Our customer support staff will close and deactivate your account, and you will not be able to access it again. After that, you will receive an email stating that your account has been deactivated. Note: Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

How can I verify my IB account?

First, Terms and Conditions (Legal Requirements) and Compliance Questionnaire must be approved and completed. Proof of Identity: Passport: Color copy of photo page and following page of passport. BOTH must be shown on the same scan or photo, of good quality, and clearly visible. ID Card: Color copy of both sides of identity document must be submitted. The document must be of good quality and clearly visible. Driver's License: Color copy of Personal Information side must be submitted. The document must be of good quality and clearly visible. Proof of Address: Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Local Government Bill, or Other Official Documents. Maximum document size is 15 MB. *(Screenshots from mobile phones or tablets are not acceptable). The form will be received and reviewed by compliance team.

The verification time for your Flymetrade IB account varies, depending on the completeness and accuracy of documents you submit and the volume of verification applications being processed by the company. In general, the verification process takes several days. However, if you have completed the compliance questionnaire and uploaded all documents correctly, the verification process can be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Commission Payments and Withdrawals

Your commissions are completely secure and accessible to you at any time. Your commissions are held in our licensed and regulated escrow accounts and are kept in top-tier banks. Flymetrade also provides insurance that protects IB commissions against unforeseen events.

A wallet is a secure means that IBs can use to receive commissions and transfer funds to trading accounts to start trading on the broker you registered with (if supported).

No, we do not charge any fees or additional charges for depositing funds. However, you may be charged fees by your payment method provider or your bank.

To request a commission withdrawal, you can log in to the online Client Portal and go to the Funds section to submit a withdrawal request using the same method you used for deposit. If you selected method is Bank Transfer, the process may take up to 5 business days.

How to Register as an IB?

Funds must always be returned to the same method in the client's own name that was used to make the deposit. For example, if the deposit was made from a credit card, funds can be returned via Bank Transfer to the Bank Account connected to that card.
